Application vendor African custom software Techno brain, which has a R & D in Hyderabad, is planning to establish another center of excellence (CoE) in the city and a new R & D at a level II or III city in a total investment of about $ 10 million, Techno Brain CEO Manoj Shanker said Tuesday.
