Bombay HC rules in favour of Nestle in Maggi ban case

The Bombay High Court ruled Thursday in favor of Nestle (NESN.VX) in defying the ban by the watchdog safety Maggi instant noodles Swiss group about the concerns of the popular snack containing excessive levels of lead .

The court said Thursday Safety Authority and Food Standards India would have to justify its ban, and ordered new trials in certain laboratories chosen court.
