you may endup cleaning some of the cit Hospital Premises in Hyderabad.
62 motorists caught for driving under the
influence of alcohol were made to clean Niloufer Hospital on Tuesday .
Of the
306 offenders produced before them in the past two days, the III and IV
Metropolitan Magistrates of Errum Manzil court awarded 62 drunk drivers with a
punishment of three hour community service for three days.
On day
one, the 62 offenders were made to clean Niloufer Hospital premises. “For the
remaining two days, they will be holding placards with messages at busy roads
in the traffic police station jurisdiction where they were caught,“ Hyderabad
additional commissioner of police (traffic) Jitender said.
The
magistrates also awarded 10-day , seven-day , three-day and one-day
imprisonment to two offenders each, and till the rising of the court to three
other offenders. All the offenders were also made to pay fines up to Rs 2,000.
