Fire Works

For every nation that was once a colony, Independence Day or a day that observes national freedom, liberty and other such nationalistic ideals becomes precious. Tomorrow, the United States celebrates its Independence Day and the words that come to my mind are a few random lines from ‘Independence Day’, an old movie starring Bill Pullman, Will Smith and Jeff Goldblum. “WE WILL NOT GO QUIETLY INTO THE NIGHT! WE WILL NOT VANISH WITHOUT A FIGHT! WE’RE GOING TO LIVE ON! WE’RE GOING TO SURVIVE! …says the President to an Air Force preparing to fight the enemy, to protect the country. These are pretty inspiring lines, if you ask me, which motivate us to fight any thing that may tie us down in life. The whole of this week, we discussed quality in several contexts inside and outside of UST Global. Today we conclude this theme. As you prepare to meet the weekend, we just need to remember that in everything we do, we need to ensure quality – we will not go quietly into the night, we will not vanish without a fight. We’re going to live on, we’re going to survive. Today and always, we celebrate quality. Fire up quality! Enjoy the fireworks!
