Further to Rajan’s announcement on the new organization, we are pleased to announce the following changes in relation to the creation of the new Digital, Innovation and Growth Organization that falls under the GROWTH-CO pillar. Our role in is to serve the needs of our Operating Company pillar by closing a robust pipeline of EBIT accretive opportunities driven by both Edge and Core Services. In addition, our role is to serve as custodians of the Digital Transformation of – its narrative, the capabilities of our associates and the shape of client engagements.

There are six parts to the new Digital, Innovation & Growth Organization.
1. Innovation Solutions Group: Focused on building differentiated solutions using our edge and core services
2. New Business and Large Deals Group: Focused on building a pipeline of strategic and large deals
3. Services Innovations Group: Focused on building advantage layers for all core and edge services
4. Strategy Group: Focused on driving the Strategic Planning and corporate calendar of
5. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Business Intelligence & Integration: Focused on M&A/Joint Ventures (JVs) & partnerships, strengthening ’s deal intelligence & enhancing integration across functions
6. Functions and Capabilities Group: Focused on enabling the delivery of the leadership team objectives
1. Innovations Solutions Group: This group consists of a highly experienced set of Domain and Technology leaders. These leaders are among the very best in the industry and come with a superb depth of either domain knowledge or technology knowledge and often both. These leaders focus on delivering solutions that are innovative and help solve both stated and unstated clients problems. Very often, the solutions involve combining multiple edge and core services in unique and differentiated ways. This is a fast emerging organization and we are pleased to announce the leaders of this power group in UST Global. Collectively, this group of six leaders has over 150 years of industry and technology experience.
